After long-term incarceration I had to develop an unbreakable mindset, overcome barrier after barrier, and most of all, be my own biggest cheerleader. I can help you get through your obstacles and across the finish line to your success.

I have worked with business owners, individuals looking to open or scale a business, and professionals at all stages of their careers. I have served on multiple executive teams, consulted with multiple businesses, and sat on a variety of boards. Whether you are looking to level up as a leader, scale a business, or navigate through change, I can help.
I had recently quit my career in retail due to unhappiness and feeling stagnant. Unsure where to start looking, what my next steps were, or what my career would look like, I felt overwhelmed and anxious. Through my partner, I was offered career coaching sessions with Tito. I was hesitant at first to see a career coach, but when I started the one-on-one sessions, everything changed. Each time we met, Tito was not only there to listen to my journey and concerns, but also offer sound advice, recommendations, and anecdotal stories from his own experience. From our sessions, Tito helped me to figure out my strengths, where and how to look for jobs, and how to start networking to my advantage. I never felt “pushed” into a career choice while meeting with Tito, only empowered, accountable, and more equipped to find the career of my dreams. With Tito’s guidance, I was able to apply and interview for a job as Physical Therapy Aide, which I landed within three months of searching. I’m enjoying my new job, feeling fulfilled and recharged and am looking forward to going back to school and receiving my DPT degree for Physical Therapy.
